2026- Medford Firefighters Union Local 1032 vs. City of Medford

The Medford Firefighters Union Local 1032, with the help of Attorneys Laurel Kennedy and Ashley DiFraia, has received a favorable decision from an arbitrator on a discipline case affirming what we all know and love about labor law: members must be given notice of and understand the rules of the game.
